The practice was established by Richard Poole FRICS in 2014 to specialize in Landlord and Tenant disputes and Retail agency.

Richard has over 30 years experience in the Public and private sectors and has worked directly for both Landlords and Tenants, and it is the ability to see both sides perspective which is so important in dispute resolution.

He was appointed as an Equity Partner with Leslie Furness and Co in 1992, and 6 years later commenced practice on his own account, subsequently introducing two further Partners to form Tindale Poole and Finn, where he was joint principal until December 2012, and remained as Consultant for a further year.

He is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and is on both the Independent Expert and Arbitration panels as a Retail Specialist in respect of High Street Shops, Shopping Centres Variety stores and Supermarkets.
